In case any client is not completely satisfied so he can reach us at contact@counsellingsuite.com Refund and Cancellation for Counselor Subscription This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for career counseling services provided by Counselling Suite to students participating in JOSAA, CSAB, JAC Delhi, IPU, COMEDK, WBJEE, UPTAC, and other associated counseling processes. By enrolling in our services, the user ("Student") agrees to abide by the following terms: 1. Strict Adherence to Preference Order The Student is required to strictly adhere to the preference order provided by the Company for the purpose of choice filling during counseling rounds. Any deviation from the provided preference list, including but not limited to, modification, reordering, addition, or removal of choices without prior written consent from the Company, will render the Student ineligible for any refund. 2. Counseling Beyond JOSAA (Including CSAB) If the Student does not secure a seat through JOSAA counseling, the Company will extend its services to assist with CSAB counseling. If the Student is allotted a seat through CSAB counseling, no refund shall be permitted. 3. Dissatisfaction with Allotted Seat It is the Student’s responsibility to review the preference order shared by the Company before submission. Should the Student wish to exclude any college or branch, they must notify the Company before the preference list is finalized. If the Student is dissatisfied with the seat (college or branch) allotted during any round of counseling, it shall not constitute grounds for a refund. The counseling services aim to optimize the Student's chances based on the provided preference order, Student’s rank, and seat availability. 4. Changes in Preference Order Any alteration, including but not limited to, addition, removal, or reordering of choices in the finalized preference order, whether requested by the Student or executed otherwise, shall result in immediate ineligibility for any refund. 5. Final Decision Authority In circumstances not explicitly covered in this Policy, the decision of the Company regarding refunds and cancellations shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. Note: By availing of our counseling services, the Student explicitly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
